Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Shipping is complimentary on orders over KSh 50,000. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Absolutely. We love creating custom pieces. Contact us with your vision and we'll work with you to bring it to life. Bespoke commissions typically take 4-6 weeks.
We offer a 30-day return policy on full-price items. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Bespoke and limited edition pieces are final sale.
Each bag comes with detailed care instructions. Generally, store in the provided dust bag, avoid prolonged sun exposure, and condition the leather annually. We also offer complimentary conditioning at our atelier.
